Has My Order Shipped?
When your order is shipped out, we send you an email with your tracking number. We ship orders out of our warehouse in Georgia on business days, Monday to Friday. No orders are shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. Orders before 12pm EST are shipped out the same day, and orders after 12pm EST are shipped out the next day. If you need assistance, please contact us
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped out, it is automatically assigned a tracking number and our system sends you an email with a link to track your shipment.
If you don’t receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours on business days (Mon – Fri) after your order, please email us at email@example.com so we can get it taken care of for you.
Is this an auto-ship/auto-bill program?
No. When you buy from us, you are not joining a subscription program or auto-ship program. You will never be re-billed or charged for additional product you didn’t specifically place an order for.
We believe that luring customers into auto-billing programs is wrong. If you enjoy using our products, we appreciate your repeat orders. We have a substantial returning customer base without resorting to auto-billing tactics.
Can I change quantities or cancel my order?
We are unable to change order quantities after they have been submitted. However, we are able to cancel your order if you request cancellation within 3 hours of ordering. If you need assistance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you ship to military addresses?
Yes. However, our typical delivery time is not applicable when shipping to APOs due to the added delays caused by sending packages to an APO. We have seen it take as long as 25 days. The average is closer to 10-15 days.
When will my order ship?
All packages are shipped within 24 business hours after ordering.
Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Austell, GA, and operates Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST.
Example 1: If you order on Monday morning, your package will be shipped out the same day or early next morning.
Example 2: If you order on Friday night, your package will be shipped out on Monday.
